USWNT vs Costa Rica Game Day VIDEOS!

The USWNT face Costa Rica on ESPN tonight at 9PM Eastern in the final match prior to the start of the 2016 Rio Olympics tournament. Costa Rica is a team full of talent, but they shouldn't give the US much of a challenge unless manager Jill Ellis uses the match to try out new tactics or give her reserves some game time.

Here's what Ellis had to say about the send-off match. Video courtesy of U.S. Soccer/Wazee Digital.

Sometimes, we media-types get sent something called b-roll to use either as background video or to cut up and use as we feel necessary to do other things with it. I don't have time today to do anything more with this than share it, but today's b-roll is interesting to watch as-is.

There's warm-ups, full-speed action and several slow-motion captures of several players shooting or saving shots. Some of it has audio, and some is silent. It's a raw look from the sidelines at the USWNT getting ready for today's game.

Any concerns about Carli Lloyd's fitness should be assuaged by watching her portions of the b-roll. Video courtesy of U.S. Soccer/Wazee Digital.
